Overview of Munex Service Packs

Ferrand Consulting Group periodically releases Service Pack (SP) updates to Munex. A SP is an update which does not require re-installing Munex. Thus users can directly update Munex via a SP without getting IT involved in the process.
Each SP includes all previous updates, so only the current service pack needs to be installed to have all current updates applied to the Munex.
The latest SP can be found in the download section of our website under the "Software Update" heading. The file name will start with "SP" followed by the year of the release. For example: SP2014B5. Clicking on a SP download shows detailed installation instructions.
